Nicholas has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney and is licensed to practise law in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. Nicholas was admitted to practice in NSW in 2004 and since that time has had extensive experience in commercial law, civil litigation and Debt Recovery. Working alongside a team of highly-regarded solicitors and Barristers, Nicholas handles complex civil disputes within the Local, District and Supreme State courts. 

Nicholas is also the Director of leading Debt Recovery company that oversees significant debt recovery services for a number of distinguished clients from both the private and public sectors. Nicholas is an extremely keen golfer and plays off a handicap of 8 at the Lakes Golf Club.
